Position: Indoor Sales/Customer Service Executive
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team in Indonesia. This role combines indoor sales responsibilities with customer service support, ensuring excellent client experiences while driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing inquiries, orders, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.

  • Deliver accurate and detailed information about products, services, pricing, and order status to customers.

  • Process customer orders with precision, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Resolve customer issues effectively, referring complex cases to the relevant teams as needed.

  • Maintain and update records of customer interactions in a centralized database.

  • Work closely with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure smooth and efficient customer experiences.

  • Analyze customer feedback to identify patterns and recommend improvements to products and services.

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers.

  • Continuously improve customer service capabilities through training and staying informed about company updates and offerings.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related discipline.

  • Comprehensive understanding of international trade documentation and processes is essential.

  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service, supply chain, shipping, logistics, or a similar role, ideally within an international trade environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Effective problem-solving skills with the capacity to stay calm and focused under pressure.

  • A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build meaningful relationships with customers and work effectively with team members.

  • Adaptability to evolving customer requirements and industry trends.
